After the quarantine, and with the warmth, smöoy is stronger than ever to continue offering you the best frozen yogurt expanding our stores around the world. For this reason, smöoy expands in a big way and turns 10 years old.

Every day we are in more places, those that make us connect with you, countries such as Algeria, Ivory Coast, France, Guinea Conakry, Holland, Reunion Island, Italy, Portugal, the United Kingdom and Singapore.

We celebrate this year our tenth anniversary! And we love to see that you are still by our side.

As we said, we have decided to enhance our presence after overcoming this unfortunate pandemic. Luckily, we continue to offer you the delicious and traditional frozen yogurt, as well as tubs, smoothies, frappés, twisters, slushies, waffles and all the products that you can find on our website www.smooy.com/products.

We are very proud to position ourselves as leaders in our sector, with nothing more and nothing less than an average of 150 operational ice cream parlors in 15 countries? It doesn't end there, because during this year we want to continue expanding stores for you both in Spain and abroad.

During these two months of July and August we have opened stores, such as the one in Alfonso X in the heart of Murcia, and others that we plan to open after their interruption as a result of COVID19. It is clear that this Covid is not going to stop us.

Due to the great demand in key points of Spain, we are interested in reinforcing our activity in areas such as Andalusia, Madrid, Catalonia and Castilla León.

The greatest excitement comes when we know that we will have news in Europe and America. That is, our adventures continue on the other side of the pond. That's why smöoy expands and turns 10 years old.

From our opening in 2010, we have not stopped growing with you, to continue developing the ONLY functional ice cream on the market: low in fat, rich in fiber and gluten-free.

After 10 years, we have achieved the perfect formula, which includes four bases: natural yogurt, fruit, chocolate and cream. Thus, to the usual tubs, we include these wonders: frozen roll, frappés, freaksmöoy, twister, smöothies, freezer and smöoyroll.

But it doesn't end there, because for this Summer, you might be very hot or you're on the beach, or out for a walk, and you say: I feel like fresh fruit: boom, well there's the Fruitsmöoy, with natural fruit without added sugar, and you also have the delicious Köod Muffin, muffins filled with frozen yogurt and topped with a wonderful topping. Let's stop because our mouths are watering...

Our innovative spirit and the fact of having developed ourselves in this way have been fundamental for the awards we have received as a brand after 10 years of experience.

Here are some awards and recognitions to date: we were awarded in 2015 with the Food of Spain Award for Restoration, Food of Spain Second Prize for Entrepreneurial Initiative, an award granted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Environment and aimed at companies under 10 years old, for the application of innovative ideas.

We have been the only franchise that has reached the last phases of the national Marketing awards, along with Iberia and Acciona, in the Latin American category and also has the l Modern Restoration Award in the R&D category, obtained from the Association of Modern Restaurant Chains (FERHCAREM), the Mercurio Award for Service Company, Honorable Mention of the 2015 Herentia Award, awarded by the Murcia Association of Family Businesses (Amefmur), the Most International Franchise Award, awarded by the newspaper El Economista together with the Spanish Association of Franchisors (2016) and the one awarded to the General Director and one of the founders of the company, Nuria Martínez Sirvent, to the Businesswoman of the Year (OMEP).
