smöoy and Vicky Foods join their paths to expand their presence in retail

Both companies reach an agreement to market together in the retail channel the products with the most demand from our brand, a benchmark in frozen yogurt.

From smöoy, We have reached an agreement to start selling the most demanded products of our brand in collaboration with Vicky Foods, in the retail channel. Thanks to this alliance, we will take advantage of the network in Spain and Portugal that Vicky Foods has to bring the smöoy box, smöoy special mango and dragon fruit ice creams to more places, focusing distribution on supermarkets and points of sale that operate under its network of distribution.

The main objective of this collaboration is to continue growing. This agreement represents an important milestone in our trajectoryTogether with Vicky Foods we will be able to expand our product offering by including new healthy options that complement its already wide range of products.

Vicky Foods, a consolidated distribution brand

This agreement has been made with a top-level brand, which has two departments made up of: one food manufacturing division and another distribution with own sales offices in Spain and other countries. In recent years it has formed a frozen division that has pre-cooked, ice cream and dough.

Within our country, this company is constantly supporting distributors in areas where it does not have a structure, thus enhancing its reach and reaching seventy thousand points of sale. As far as we are concerned, we have a network of more than sixty stores in Spain and we have been in charge of distributing our products in retail since 2021, when we reached our agreement with the Aldi supermarket chain, thus introducing a series of articles like pancakes, desserts and ice creams, all made specifically for this distribution channel. These products also stand out for being all made gluten-free.

Our frozen yogurt, more international

With the agreement reached with Vicky Foods, we increase our international presence even more, adding this action to our presence at the PLMA Fair in Amsterdam, an event with more than thirty-five years of experience which helps retailers and manufacturers find new products.

Furthermore, we stand out internationally our successful appearance also at the GulFood Fair, which welcomes more than 100.000 visitors every year professionals spread across 190 countries, which allowed us to create an international showcase for our top quality products.
